Wonderful fairly clean hotel with courteous staff who made the stay a fairly nice experience. Marvellous location to explore Lonavala and excellent service. - Tidy and modern room with balcony.

Units with non functional ac. The setting was stunning, near the market of lonavala and public transport.

The room was well-maintained and clean, had a TV, and a very nice bathroom 🚿. However, the AC didn't work as expected. the facilities were kept clean and tidy.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, coffee and tea making equipment in the room. The staff was responsive and the setting was prime. Easy check in and late check out.

The hotel in Lonavala was luxurious and located in the center of town. Our room was neat, beautifully maintained, and had climate control. - We enjoyed having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and coffee and tea making equipment. - the location was really convenient, close to public transport like ST BUS and LONAVALA RAILWAY STATION. - There were good restaurants to eat at and the market of Lonavala was nearby.

The location of this venue was fantastic with a nearby railroad station, and it was conveniently situated close to the city center of the area.

The staff are attentive and provide great service. The hotel is conveniently located in the main market area, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-maintained and have basic amenities, including non-functional AC during hot weather. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a nice start to the day.

Marvelous and awesome location in the center of Lonavala. Close proximity to main market area, Lonavala Railway Station, shops, restaurants, and other amenities. - Very comfortable stay in beautiful Lonavala for a second night.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. It was located in a very convenient location, with easy access to nearby restaurants, railway station and market. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was courteous and served a tasty breakfast. I also appreciated the availability of personal parking.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing prompt service and fulfilling requests for extra pillows and toiletries. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, thanks to the recent renovation. The location in the center of the city, right at the noisy market, is convenient for exploring and experiencing the local culture.

A slippery bathroom floor without a stick wiper to keep it dry.

This hotel has a prime location right in the heart of the market, making it easy to access all the shops and restaurants. the leisure facilities were excellent - we particularly enjoyed the pool and gym. the view from our room was also stunning, giving us a gorgeous panorama of the city. Lastly, the breakfast options were varied and delicious.

Despite the great location, the parking was very limited.
